Support in general cleaning tasks and furniture care The barbershop is seeking a BARISTA/GENERAL ASSISTANT Location: Lomas de Chapultepec III Section **Job Objective:** To provide friendly and efficient customer service by preparing high-quality beverages while maintaining a clean, organized, and functional environment within the barbershop, and supporting general maintenance and cleaning tasks. **Main Responsibilities:** * Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages (coffee, tea, juices, some alcoholic cocktails, etc.) to customers. * Keep the bar area and lounge clean, organized, and well-stocked with supplies. * Assist with general cleaning tasks within the barbershop (sweeping, mopping, restrooms, mirrors, etc.). * Collaborate on basic maintenance and furniture/equipment care tasks. * Provide courteous customer service to ensure a positive experience. * Follow company-established hygiene, safety, and image protocols. * Assist with customer reception or service as needed. **Requirements:** * Experience: Prior experience as a barista, general assistant, or in customer service is preferred. * Basic knowledge of beverage preparation and cleaning. * Service-oriented attitude, punctuality, and teamwork skills. **Work Schedule:** * Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday: 10:45 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. * Thursday and Friday: 9:45 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. * Saturday: 8:45 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. * Includes a 1 hour and 15 minute lunch break. **Compensation:** * Salary: $8,000 + $1,000 biweekly bonus. * Additional tips from customers. * Biweekly payment. * Statutory benefits. **Key Competencies:** * Service-oriented attitude. * Responsibility and commitment. * Teamwork. * Cleanliness and organization. * Assertive communication. * Adaptability.
