Due to growth at our branch in the State of Mexico, we are seeking your talent to fill the position of: Traffic and Operations Coordinator. You only need: Age: Over 30 years old. Education: Incomplete or completed bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Mandatory proficiency in: Experience: At least 3 consecutive years as a coordinator or operations supervisor, preferably in transportation or mass-consumption companies. Responsibilities: - Coordinate merchandise deliveries with customers. - Review outgoing orders, purchase requests, and route planning. - Address delivery-related incidents and/or those involving operators. - Verify staff expenses and per diems, when necessary. - Respond to and follow up on operational incidents with the Operations Manager. - Coordinate with operations staff regarding dispatches and support inventory control. - Prepare reports and documents for analysis by senior management. - Conduct selection interviews for operations personnel.
