As a Junior Designer, you will support the creation of visual materials for various channels, working closely with the sales team to ensure consistency of our brand. **Main Responsibilities** * **Material adaptation:** Create variations of existing designs for social media, banners, presentations, and point-of-sale displays. * **Creative support:** Participate in brainstorming sessions for new campaigns or projects. * **Content editing:** Perform basic photo retouching and edit simple graphic pieces. * **File management:** Maintain organization of digital assets and project folders. * **Quality assurance:** Verify that final files meet technical specifications (formats, dimensions, color profiles). **Candidate Profile** * **Education:** Completed bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field (recent graduates or candidates completing their studies welcome). * **Software:** Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign are mandatory). * **Soft skills:** Excellent communication, ability to receive constructive feedback, and attention to detail. **Desirable (Plus)** * Basic video editing knowledge (Premiere/After Effects). * Experience using Mac OS. * Interest in photography. **What We Offer?** * Base salary + attendance and punctuality bonus. * Real opportunity for growth. * Free uniforms. * Dynamic and collaborative work environment.
