We are currently seeking a human resources recruiter (TEMPORARY 6 MONTHS) **Job Requirements** * Education: University degree in a field related to the position. * Knowledge: Information control, personnel files, recruitment indicators, talent identification through various means. * Experience: More than 4 years in operational staff and sales recruitment, preferably in the retail sector. * No issues with traveling **Job Responsibilities** * Design recruitment strategies * Search for candidates using databases, social media, job boards, job fairs, etc. * Conduct interviews using various recruitment methods or tools to filter candidates within the established timeframe * Share responsibility in selecting human talent with department leaders who need to fill vacancies * Achieve hiring of competent personnel through recruitment sources, internal (promotions) and external (searches) * Keep recruitment reports up to date * Maintain constant communication with managers regarding open positions * Fill vacancies within the established time frame across assigned branches **Benefits and additional perks** * Base salary of $20,000 to $22,000 monthly gross. * 7% savings fund. * Year-end bonus of 30 days. * Grocery vouchers. * Work schedule from Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 6:30 pm, working Saturdays from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. * Work location: Colima, Colima.
