Job stability and excellent work environment **CIVIL CONSTRUCTION SITE RESIDENT** **ARSANGO Construction** is seeking a professional, committed individual with experience in commercial construction projects to supervise, coordinate, and ensure the proper execution of construction projects. **Requirements** * Education: Architecture or Civil Engineering (degree holder) * Minimum 3 years of experience supervising and administering commercial construction projects * Minimum 3 years of general construction experience, including foundations, structural systems, roofing, concrete works, masonry, installations, and finishes * Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance * Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office suite * Valid driver's license and ability to operate a standard vehicle * Flexible schedule and willingness to travel **Main Responsibilities** * Comprehensive site supervision: quality, schedule, cost, and safety * Review of project plans and analysis of modifications during execution * Preparation of daily logs, reports, and material requisitions * Monitoring of physical and administrative project progress * Coordination of contractors, supervision of specifications, and technical compliance * Field surveys and physical quantifications * Incident management, construction execution, and performance indicator compliance * On-site personnel administration and resource optimization **Work Schedule** * Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. * Saturdays: 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. **Location:** Zapotiltic, Jalisco.
