**Job Description** Volkswagen automotive dealership in Colima seeks a Branch Manager with comprehensive experience in automotive operations, commercial leadership, and after-sales area management. The candidate will be responsible for strategically leading sales, service, parts, and customer care departments, ensuring achievement of commercial, operational, and customer satisfaction objectives. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead and supervise the branch's overall operations. * Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for new and used vehicles, as well as financing. * Manage and optimize after-sales areas: workshop, service, warranties, and parts. * Develop commercial strategies to increase sales and profitability. * Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction and experience. * Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for commercial and operational performance. * Maintain compliance with processes, brand standards, and internal policies. * Implement continuous improvement actions in service and operations. * Generate executive reports and track results. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * Minimum of 2 years’ experience in managerial positions within the automotive industry. * Proven experience managing sales and after-sales departments. * Knowledge of commercial, financial, and operational metrics. * Leadership, negotiation, and high-performance team management skills. * Results-oriented mindset with strong customer service focus. * Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite. * Flexible working hours availability. **Key Competencies** * Strategic leadership * Decision-making * Effective communication * Planning and organization * Commercial orientation * Problem-solving * Customer orientation * Goal-driven work **Compensation and Benefits:** * 30-day year-end bonus * 15 days of vacation * Vacation premium * Life insurance * Savings fund * Grocery vouchers **Address:** Blvd. Lic.
