We are seeking an **Operations Manager** to lead, optimize, and scale our company’s operations. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, route profitability, inventory control, and proper execution by supervision, technical, and operations teams—aligning operations with the company’s strategic objectives. **Key Responsibilities** Lead and coordinate daily operations of routes, supervisors, and technicians. Ensure proper functioning, supply, and maintenance. Monitor and optimize key performance indicators: sales, margin, shrinkage, stockouts, inventory, and service level. Implement continuous improvements in operational, logistics, and maintenance processes. Supervise and develop the operations team (supervisors, technicians, operators). Coordinate with Finance, Procurement, Warehouse, and Administration departments. Analyze operational and financial reports to support decision-making. Ensure compliance with internal policies, safety standards, and quality requirements. Participate in account expansion and improvement of customer experience. **Requirements** Proven experience in **operations**. Experience leading operations and field teams.
