Job Summary: The Logistics Leader is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing logistics operations to ensure successful deliveries and customer satisfaction. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for customer satisfaction and installation quality The Logistics Leader ensures on-time and proper delivery of projects to the end customer. Reporting to the Production Manager, this role plays a fundamental part in planning, coordinating, and executing the company’s logistics operations. **Objective:** Ensure timely and successful delivery of projects to the end customer while optimizing resources. **Main Responsibilities:** 1. Request funding from the Treasury Leader to finance installations. 2. Supervise cabin installations. 3. Schedule and plan project delivery routes jointly with the Production Department. 4. Coordinate the installation team and relocation of equipment and finished products. 5. Final delivery of cabins, ensuring customer satisfaction. 6. Coordinate site access at customer facilities. 7. Resolve logistics-related project conflicts. 8. Responsible for supervising the proper handling and maintenance of transportation units used for installations. 9. Support the Purchasing Department in material collection. 10. Assist in estimating overhead costs for installation relocations. 11. Support the Production Department during working hours when no installations are scheduled. 12. Ensure quality throughout the installation process. 13. Generate warranty reports and perform warranty analysis (weekly and monthly KPIs deliverables). 14. Report departmental performance indicators (Quality, Warranties, Customer Satisfaction) to the direct supervisor. **Requirements:** · Academic background in Business Administration, Industrial Administration, Business Management, or related field. · Experience: Minimum 5 years in logistics and installations, project costing, route assignment, and team coordination. · Basic/intermediate Excel proficiency. · Functional planning, leadership, and customer service skills.
