At **Astro Marketing**, we seek to welcome a **Video Producer and Editor** passionate about digital marketing and experienced in creating content that generates impact on social media. **Responsibilities:** * **Video recording and editing** for advertising campaigns, reels, and other digital formats. * **Development of advertising scripts** and visual proposals. * Professional direction and **client interaction** during sessions. * Supervision and guidance to ensure proper on-camera presence. * Operation and **management of audiovisual equipment** (cameras, microphones, teleprompters, lighting, etc.). * **Ensure technical quality**, visual consistency, and on-time delivery. **Work Modality:** Schedule: **Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM** * **Remote work** for editing and daily task coordination. * **In-person recordings** in Monterrey and the metropolitan area. **Requirements:** * Personal **laptop** for editing. * Minimum **1\-2 years of experience** editing videos for social media. * **Intermediate\-advanced proficiency** in: * Adobe Premiere Pro. * CapCut. * Captions. * **Intermediate\-advanced knowledge** of camera operation, lighting, and microphones. * **Personal vehicle or willingness to commute** * **Verifiable portfolio** of previous work. **Benefits:** * Full **production equipment provided**: camera with flash, lighting kit, microphones, teleprompter, and tripods. * Flexibility for **remote work**. * **Paid vacation** after one year. * Opportunity for **salary growth** based on performance. * Participation in **strategic projects** with clients across various industries.
