Position Summary: We are seeking a Design and Image Coordinator to oversee the development of graphic and audiovisual materials, manage projects, and align institutional visual identity. Proposal of improvements to creative processes and workflows. **DESIGN AND IMAGE COORDINATOR** **R E Q U I R E M E N T S:** * **Bachelor’s degree** in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, or related field. * **3 years of experience** in creative coordination or visual project management roles. * Advanced proficiency in **Adobe Creative Suite** (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere, InDesign). * Knowledge of **2D/3D animation** (After Effects, Blender, Cinema 4D). * Experience with **project management tools** (Asana, Trello, Monday). * Strong understanding of **branding, institutional image, and visual communication**. * Demonstrable skills in supervising creative teams. * Ability to coordinate with operational, technical, and production departments. **R E S P O N S I B I L I T I E S:** * Coordinate and supervise the development of graphic, audiovisual, and institutional communication materials. * Manage projects and deliverables using planning and tracking tools. * Ensure all materials align with the institutional visual identity. * Review, validate, and approve materials prior to final delivery. * Assign tasks and coordinate workloads for the creative team (design, animation, social media, marketing). * Serve as the operational liaison with internal departments to ensure accurate visual requirements. * Participate in interdepartmental planning meetings. * Identify and propose improvements to creative processes, production methodologies, and workflows. * Prepare progress reports, performance reports, and area compliance metrics. **W E O F F E R:** * **COMPETITIVE SALARY ($17,000 TO $19,000 GROSS MONTHLY) BASED ON EXPERIENCE** * **STATUTORY BENEFITS** * **FOOD VOUCHERS** * **CONTINUOUS TRAINING** * **WORK SCHEDULE: MONDAY TO FRIDAY, 9:00 AM TO 5:00 PM** * **SUNDAY OFF** Employment type: Full-time Salary: $17,000.00 \- $19,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
