We are looking for an experienced and detail\-oriented **Quality and Hygiene Manager** to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and operational excellence across our property. This role is responsible for implementing and supervising quality control programs, hygiene procedures, and health \& safety protocols in alignment with corporate and local regulations. **Main Responsibilities** * Oversee and ensure compliance with hygiene, sanitation, and quality standards throughout all hotel departments. * Develop, implement, and update quality assurance programs and hygiene policies. * Conduct regular inspections in rooms, kitchens, restaurants, public areas, and back\-of\-house operations. * Monitor compliance with local health regulations and corporate guidelines. * Lead internal audits and coordinate external inspections. * Provide training to staff on hygiene practices, food safety, cleaning procedures, and service quality. * Analyze quality indicators and prepare reports with corrective and preventive action plans. * Collaborate with department managers to maintain consistent service excellence. * Manage incident reports related to hygiene, safety, or quality issues. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Food Safety, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 3 years of experience in quality assurance, hygiene, or safety roles within hospitality or similar industries. * Strong knowledge of HACCP, health regulations, and quality management systems. * Excellent communication, leadership, and training skills. * Detail\-oriented and proactive, with strong analytical abilities. * Intermediate to advanced English level. **We Offer** * Competitive salary * Benefits as per law and additional company benefits * Growth and professional development opportunities * A dynamic and collaborative work environment "Join a team committed to excellence and innovation."
