We seek a Junior Project Manager with initial experience, capable of coordinating teams and executing projects with an operational and results-driven approach. This role is ideal for professionals who have already led people and wish to accelerate their growth in the energy sector. ***What will your key responsibilities be?*** Coordinate the execution of wind energy projects (from planning to implementation). Track schedules, budgets, and deliverables. Supervise field activities according to safety and quality standards. Lead work teams (minimum 10 people). Manage contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders. Identify risks and ensure operational continuity. Report progress, KPIs, and status updates to management. ***What are the essential requirements?*** Completed engineering degree or bachelor’s degree (Electrical, Mechanical, Energy, or related field). 2 years of experience in wind energy project management/coordination. Experience leading teams (minimum 10 people). Conversational English (preferred). Experience or willingness to work on-site. Willingness to travel. ***What will make you stand out from other candidates?*** Experience in wind energy. Basic technical knowledge (regulations, construction, installations). Proficiency with tools such as Excel or MS Project.
