Responsibilities * Support project planning and organization. * Monitor schedules, tasks, and deliverables. * Coordinate communication among internal teams, clients, and suppliers. * Prepare progress reports and project documentation. * Monitor budgets, quotations, and purchase orders. * Identify risks or delays and report them promptly. * Support meetings, minutes, and action item tracking. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field. * 3–4 years of experience in project coordination or monitoring. * Proficiency in project management tools (Monday, Trello, Asana, etc.). * Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets. * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication. * Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
