Teamwork, proactivity, and attention to detail Prestigious Architectural Design and Lighting Company Specialized in the design, specification, and installation of architectural and decorative lighting projects, we are looking for a Project Manager to join our team and lead high-end projects. * Requirements: \- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Industrial Design, Engineering, Interior Design, or related field. \- Interest in architectural lighting projects. \- Team-oriented, proactive, and detail-oriented. \- Minimum 3 years of experience. \- Ability to read blueprints. \- Knowledge of construction and installation processes. \- Preferred: Familiarity with luminaires, control systems, and technical specifications. **Teamwork** **Working under pressure** * Responsibilities: **Plan, coordinate, and supervise lighting projects from the design phase through final delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, quality standards, and client satisfaction.** **Interaction with suppliers** * Comprehensive management of lighting projects (residential, commercial, hospitality, or corporate). * Coordination with clients, designers, architects, engineers, and suppliers. * Development and monitoring of schedules, budgets, and scopes of work. * Management of project changes, risks, and deviations. * Progress and status reporting to management. * Administrative and technical project closeout.
