Job Summary: We are seeking a Warehouse Leader or Supervisor to manage warehouse operations, coordinate teams, and ensure smooth and accurate receipt and dispatch of materials. Key Highlights: 1. At **Color Carpet**, we are looking for a Warehouse Leader or Supervisor with experience managing personnel to oversee our warehouse operations in Ciudad Granja. You will be responsible for coordinating the operational crew, ensuring error-free receipt and dispatch of materials, and guaranteeing correct labeling and order picking for all shipments. We seek an analytical individual with authority and strong problem-solving skills. **Key Responsibilities and Duties:** * **Personnel Management:** Lead, supervise, and organize tasks for your team of warehouse assistants and order pickers. * **Order Picking and Labeling:** Supervise and carry out proper preparation, cutting, and labeling of merchandise (rolls and materials) to ensure error-free order fulfillment. * **Goods Receiving:** Coordinate supplier unloading, verify quantities against invoices, and record entries into inventory. * **Shipping and Logistics:** Manage material dispatch, load vehicles, and ensure customer or courier deliveries include appropriate documentation. * **Physical Control:** Maintain order, cleanliness, and safety within the warehouse, and support periodic inventory counts. **Requirements:** * **Experience:** Minimum 1–2 years as Shift Supervisor, Warehouse Supervisor, Crew Leader, or similar role. * **Competencies:** Strong leadership, organizational skills, high attention to detail (to prevent item misplacement), and ability to work under pressure. * **Operational Skills:** Proficiency in operating hydraulic pallet jacks, knowledge of stretch wrapping, labeling, and best warehousing practices. * **Location:** Easy access to Col.
