




We are seeking a person with strong yet approachable leadership skills, who is organized and experienced in personnel administration. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing Human Resources operations, maintaining administrative control over operational staff, and ensuring compliance with internal policies, workplace climate, and employee services. **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise attendance, hygiene, discipline, and adherence to staff regulations. * Manage incidents, leave requests, vacations, medical leaves, arrivals, departures, and terminations. * Prepare employment contracts, personnel files, commitment letters, and disciplinary sanctions. * Administer uniforms, personal protective equipment (PPE), lockers, tools, and delivery-responsibility documents. * Coordinate transportation, security, cafeteria, and logistical services. * Organize integration activities, workplace climate initiatives, and internal events. * Maintain constant communication with supervisors and plant leaders. **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM • Saturdays, 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in **Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field**. * **Minimum 1 year of experience** in Human Resources, preferably within an industrial setting. * Knowledge of personnel administration, labor discipline, incident management, and payroll processes. * Leadership, conflict resolution, communication, and organizational skills. **Desired Competencies:** * Leadership characterized by firmness and empathy. * Strong service orientation and fair treatment of others. * Decision-making ability and prioritization skills. * Orderliness, follow-up capability, and document management proficiency.
