We base our operations on confidentiality, service quality, and human-centered care in everything we do. **Team Size:** Approximately **30 employees**, committed to growth and operational excellence. **Job Objective:** Responsible for comprehensive payroll calculation and processing, as well as incident, IMSS, SUA, IDSE, SISUB, REPSE, and INFONAVIT management—ensuring accuracy, legal compliance, and timely delivery. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Administration, or related field. * 2–4 years of direct experience managing payroll and IMSS. * Proficiency in IDSE, SUA, SISUB, REPSE LFT, and Excel (intermediate\-advanced level). * Age 25+ (gender and marital status unrestricted). * Driver’s license preferred. **Competencies:** Confidentiality, attention to detail, organization, responsibility, and ability to work under pressure. **Main Responsibilities:** * Biweekly payroll calculation and incident validation. * Employee onboarding, offboarding, and salary adjustments in IDSE. * Calculation and payment of SUA, IMSS, and INFONAVIT contributions. * INFONAVIT loan management. * Preparation of termination settlements and liquidations. * Report generation and documentation control. * Administrative support and coordination with Human Resources and Accounting. **Key Performance Indicators:** * 100% accurate and timely payroll disbursements. * 100% compliance with social security obligations.
