




Job Summary: This role ensures timely payroll payment, manages employee onboarding and offboarding, and resolves payroll-related inquiries, contributing to human resources administration. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure timely payroll payment and safeguarding of CFDIs. 2. Timely and proper registration of employee onboarding and offboarding. 3. Provide solutions to employees regarding payroll-related inquiries. JOIN OUR TEAM AS A PAYROLL SPECIALIST AND BECOME PART OF THE BENEDETTI FAMILY! **Job Objective**: \-Ensure timely payroll payment for employees and proper safeguarding of CFDIs. \-Timely and proper registration of employee onboarding and offboarding. \-Make corresponding payments of state payroll taxes. \-Provide solutions to employees regarding payroll-related inquiries. **Responsibilities**: \-Receive, validate, and file personnel movements and incidents for payroll processing purposes. \-Calculate and process biweekly and special payroll payments. \-Prepare settlement documents, severance payments, year-end bonuses (aguinaldo), and profit-sharing (PTU). \-Generate payroll disbursement files. \-Process payroll cards for newly hired employees. \-Register employee onboarding, offboarding, salary adjustments, and IDSE–SUA disability certifications. \-Determine IMSS, RCV, and INFONAVIT contributions. \-Determine state payroll tax payments. \-Generate FONACOT loan payment slips. \-Resolve employee inquiries regarding earnings and deductions. \-Administer employee vacation entitlements. \-Recruit and select personnel. \-Administer the Savings Fund. \-Safeguard payroll records. \-Draft employment contracts. **Competencies**: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Human Resources. Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience calculating payroll, severance payments, settlements, and employer-employee statutory obligations. Proficiency in SUA, IDSE, SIPARE, and INFONAVIT systems. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel. Strong sense of responsibility. Time management skills. Teamwork ability.
