Response to labor authorities’ requirements. ***Payroll and Human Resources Manager*** A company in the **construction equipment rental sector** is seeking a **Payroll and Human Resources Manager** with experience in **payroll calculation, IMSS administration, and operational personnel management**. We seek a professional with experience in **weekly and biweekly payroll, social security, and compliance with labor obligations**, ensuring accurate payments and administrative control over personnel. Main Responsibilities: * Calculation and processing of **weekly and biweekly payroll**. * Tracking of **incidents: absences, tardiness, disabilities, and overtime hours**. * Preparation and electronic stamping (timbrado) of **CFDI payroll receipts**. * Management of **IMSS employee registrations, terminations, and modifications**. * Handling of **IDSE, SUA, SIPARE, INFONAVIT, and FONACOT**. * Calculation of **final settlements (finiquitos) and severance payments (liquidaciones)**. * Administration of **personnel files (expedientes laborales)**. * Recruitment and hiring of **operational construction personnel**. * Drafting of **employment contracts**. * Response to requirements from **IMSS, INFONAVIT, and labor authorities**. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in **Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration, or Organizational Psychology**. * Minimum **3–5 years of experience in payroll and personnel administration**. * Knowledge of the **Federal Labor Law and Social Security Law**. * Proficiency in **IDSE, SUA, SIPARE, INFONAVIT, and FONACOT**. * Experience with **payroll software (e.g., CONTPAQI, NOI, or similar)**. * Proficiency in **Excel and Microsoft Office**. **Desirable:** Experience in the **construction sector or managing construction-site personnel**. Competencies: * Organization and **attention to detail in payroll matters**. * **Confidentiality and professional ethics**. * Resolution of **personnel’s labor-related inquiries**. * Ability to work under pressure during **payroll closing periods**.
