Identification of deviations and proposal of corrective actions **Position Objective:** Support the planning, coordination, and execution of metal structure fabrication projects within the plant, ensuring adherence to timelines, costs, and quality through production monitoring, interdepartmental coordination, and progress control. **Main Responsibilities:** * Track projects from engineering release to delivery of the finished product. * Coordinate with engineering, procurement, production, and logistics departments to ensure proper project flow. * Monitor compliance with the fabrication schedule (cutting, assembly, welding, painting, and shipping). * Assist in developing and updating production schedules. * Identify deviations in time, cost, or quality and propose corrective actions. **Required Profile:** * Education: Industrial, Mechanical, Civil Engineering or related field. * Experience: 1–3 years in manufacturing or construction, preferably in metal structures or the metal-mechanical industry. **Knowledge Requirements:** * Metal structure fabrication processes (cutting, welding, assembly, painting). * Interpretation of structural drawings. * Production planning and control. * Proficiency in Excel and preferably project management software (MS Project, ERP).
