Job Summary: We are seeking a patternmaker to collaborate in developing technical sheets, designing and adapting patterns, and ensuring consistent proportions across all sizes. Key Responsibilities: 1. Collaborate in developing technical sheets and specifications. 2. Design and adapt patterns, analyzing fabric behavior. 3. Participate in pattern grading for different sizes. * Collaborate in developing detailed technical sheets including measurements, sewing instructions, and material specifications. * Design and adapt multistyle patterns; plan and develop patterns for the garment to be produced; understand and analyze fabric behavior. * Participate in the pattern grading process to create size variants. * Ensure garment proportions and fit remain consistent across all sizes. **Candidate Requirements:** * Age between 25 and 40 years. * Education: Technical degree, incomplete or completed, in Fashion Design or Haute Couture. * Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in patternmaking and garment construction for women's apparel. * Proficiency in specialized software such as **Optitex.** * Gender and marital status are unrestricted. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:40 p.m. Employment Type: Full-time Benefits: * Employee discount Experience: * Development of multistyle women's apparel patterns: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: On-site employment Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $9,750.00 - $12,000.00 per month Application Question(s): * WILLINGNESS TO RELOCATE TO COLIMA Work Location: On-site employment
