We invite you to join us as **MICROBIOLOGICAL LABORATORY TECHNICIAN** **Position Objective:** *Perform technical activities in the laboratory and plant related to the reproduction, quality control, and analysis of biological products, ensuring the quality and consistency of microorganisms and bio-inputs produced according to established standards.* **Responsibilities:** * Prepare culture media, perform inoculations, cell counts, and microscopic observations. * Maintain aseptic techniques when handling microbial strains and materials. * Conduct microbiological and physicochemical analyses of preparations at both laboratory and bioreactor levels. * Document quality control results and ensure compliance with technical specifications. * Assist in the extraction and purification of humic and fulvic acids. * Maintain records of process parameters and analytical results. * Participate in other routine physicochemical and microbiological tests. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and calibration of the assigned area and equipment. * Collaborate in complementary laboratory activities (field samples, reagent preparation, support in biological production). **Requirements:** * Required experience: Minimum of 1 year in microbiological or biotechnology laboratories; experience with bioreactors, bacterial or fungal cultures, and quality control analysis is desirable. * Skills: Operation of bioreactors, autoclaves, pH meters, and conductivity meters; ability to interpret analytical results. * Required knowledge: Applied microbiology and cultivation techniques (basic level), extraction and handling of humic substances (basic level), Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
