This position will allow you to contribute to the development of our team and the success of the company. **Requirements:** * Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment and selection (preferably for sales profiles) * Proficiency in diverse recruitment sources * Initial and competency-based interviews * Personnel hiring process * Administrative tasks (attendance records, pre-payroll validation, onboarding, offboarding) * Knowledge of STPS, Federal Labor Law (LFT), and IMSS regulations * Employee support and administrative processes (personnel file management, payroll clarification, contract and resignation letter preparation, severance payment delivery) * Labor relations **Schedule:** * Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 6:00 pm * Saturdays, 9:00 am to 2:00 pm **Benefits:** * Base salary: 16,500 * Quarterly productivity bonus * Statutory benefits + * Life insurance * Major medical expense insurance * Savings fund * Grocery vouchers * Direct employment contract with the company * IMSS contributions based on integrated daily wage (SDI) Join us and contribute to the success of Afore Invercap.
