Job Objective To serve as a key player in coordinating between the commercial and operational departments, ensuring process, team, and indicator follow-up to drive company growth and organization. Requirements * Completed bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Business, Commerce, or related fields * Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial areas, retail, sales, customer service, or operational coordination * Experience supervising or coordinating personnel * Excellent personal presentation and strong communication skills * Leadership, organizational ability, and results orientation * Analytical and problem-solving skills * Proficiency in Excel and digital tools * Ability to coordinate across different departments and track processes * Interest in fashion, retail, and marketing Responsibilities * Coordinate and monitor the commercial department * Supervise and support the sales team * Monitor commercial indicators and objectives * Coordinate operational processes across departments * Provide customer service and follow-up * Participate in commercial proposals and strategies * Resolve operational and commercial incidents * Collaborate on internal improvement and growth projects We Offer * Monthly salary ranging from $12,000 to $16,000, depending on experience and competencies * Genuine opportunity for professional growth * Ongoing training and development * Excellent work environment * Opportunity to join an established and expanding Mexican company in the fashion industry Work Schedule Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 6:00 pm Location Colima, Col.
