What will you do? * Sell payroll-discounted loans to employees of the Government of Colima * Prospect clients in person, via social media, and through referrals * Create and manage your own client portfolio * Identify financial needs and offer appropriate solutions * Conduct commercial follow-ups and close transactions * Renew and grow your active portfolio Ideal Profile * Minimum 1 year of sales experience * Preferred experience in loans, insurance, AFORE, real estate, or currency exchange * Strong communication and negotiation skills * Results-oriented mindset * Self-management and discipline * Enthusiasm for high variable income * Basic proficiency in social media and digital tools What We Offer * 100% commission-based compensation structure with competitive rates * Commission of **8% to 10%** per placement * Estimated monthly income of **$20,000 to $40,000 MXN**, depending on performance * Productivity and performance bonuses * Uncapped income potential * Flexible working hours * Operational freedom * Ongoing training * Opportunity for growth in the financial sector Benefits: * Flexible schedules
