Join our team! **Employee benefits for selected candidates include**: * Direct hiring by the company. * Base salary * Statutory benefits: IMSS, vacations, vacation bonus, Christmas bonus. * Life Insurance + death benefit support * Constant training through an online platform with more than 15,000 courses available in multiple languages. * Psychological, Medical, Nutritional, Legal, Financial, and Veterinary counseling (remote) * Wellhub: Corporate wellness program offering access to gyms, online classes, nutritionists, and more. * **Work location**: Parque Industrial PIT 4, Zapote del Valle, Jalisco * **Work schedule**: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 4 days on, 3 days off * **Gross Monthly Salary: $20,000 - $23,000** * **Work mode**: On-site **What does your day-to-day look like?** * Maintain material handling control systems, including PLC/PC controllers and industrial networks such as Ethernet, ControlNet, DeviceNet, Profibus, motor control systems, servo drives, frequency drives, and electrical distribution systems. * Monitor MHE metrics and partner with facilities/operations on system performance issues. * Use FC system assessment reports to improve material handling system performance through maintenance and repair of identified deficiencies. * Utilize FC network support resources for guidance and assistance, and provide peer support as needed. * Communicate technical issues to facility and operations management. **Desired Experience and Technical Skills** * Associate degree in electronic technology or related field or equivalent experience, Electronics or Mechatronics Engineer * Language: English 60% * Ability to identify, maintain, and troubleshoot PLC components and AB RS LOGIX 5000 PLCs * Ability to identify and maintain robotic system components. * Ability to identify, maintain, and troubleshoot HMI components * Ability to identify, maintain, and troubleshoot network components. * Ability to identify, maintain, and troubleshoot motor controls, including motor starters, frequency drives, DC drives, and standard electrical components. * Hands-on experience in industrial electricity and troubleshooting, including 480 V three-phase, 110 V AC, and 24 V DC systems. * Understanding of warehouse management system software concepts, including warehouse control systems. * Ability to interpret mechanical and electrical drawings. * Ability to identify, maintain, and use SCADA systems and KPIs If this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply.
