Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to manage a branch, supervise industrial safety sales, and develop commercial strategies, with emphasis on customer service and personnel management. (Safety boots, helmets, gloves, signage, etc.) **Responsibilities** \- Branch opening and closing \- Preparation and follow-up of quotations \- Customer service and sales activities (at branch and in the field) \- PROSPECTING \- Cash handling (cash counts, daily cash reconciliations) \- Inventory control \- Sales promotion (product promotion and advertising) \- Personnel management \- After-sales service **Requirements:** Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field (graduated, intern, or incomplete) Experience: Preferably 1–2 years in a similar role (branch manager and/or industrial sales). Passion for sales. Field sales experience **Requirement:** Valid driver’s license **Offered:** $20,275.83 per month, pre-tax. \+ Statutory benefits from day one (IMSS, INFONAVIT, vacation, year-end bonus, profit sharing, uniforms). \+ Monthly bonus for achieving sales targets ($8,000 (tax-free) at 100% achievement, uncapped upon exceeding target) **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM, including 1 hour 15 minutes for meals; Saturday, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM \*SUNDAY IS A FIXED DAY OFF\*. **Branch Address**: Lat.
