We are seeking sales-oriented waitstaff with bar experience and strong willingness to learn, as they rotate shifts between floor service and bar duties! **Job Requirements** * Prior experience as waitstaff or bartender preferred. * Minimum education: High school diploma. **Job Responsibilities** * Prepare beverages, cocktails, and mixed drinks following established recipes. * Remain attentive to diners’ needs and actively promote sales to meet targets. * Maintain and clean the bar area and work tools. * Comply with food hygiene and safety standards. **Additional Benefits and Perks** * Monthly salary of 8,500 to 10,000 MXN + tips averaging $1,200–$2,000 per week. * Statutory benefits. * Training and development opportunities. * Friendly and collaborative work environment.
