Rigorous sales cycle tracking **Job Description** **Education:** High school diploma; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. **Specific Knowledge:** Sales and social media management, strong verbal communication skills **Experience:** 1 year in this position or similar roles **General (non-exhaustive) Responsibilities:** * Ensure customer satisfaction through accurate counseling and service across all department-related matters. * Market Volkswagen vehicles across all available modalities—Leasing, Traditional, and AFASA—meeting the minimum sales average defined in the Operational Guidelines, this document, and objectives jointly agreed upon by the Dealer and VWM. * Comply with the recruitment process and evaluations outlined in this document. * Follow up with customers who have already purchased their vehicle from the dealership, leveraging these relationships to generate referrals for new or used VW vehicles. * Understand (and implement, as applicable) the dealership’s specific policies and procedures regarding sales, service, and parts. * Rigorously follow the sales cycle. * Prepare all documentation required for vehicle invoicing: invoice, proforma invoice, service booklet, quality survey forms, vehicle receipt, Volkswagen supporting documents, Privacy Notices, etc. **Compensation and Benefits:** * 30-day Christmas bonus * 15 days of vacation * Vacation bonus * Life insurance * Savings fund **Working Hours:** Mon–Fri 8:00–14:00 hrs and 16:00–18:30 hrs; Saturdays 8:00–13:30 hrs **Address:** Blvd. Lic.
