Professional development with study program. **Header - External** ------------------------- Entity: Colima Location Type: Colima Retail Offices **Position Objective** --------------------------- Ensure the best service and sales experience for each customer in stores by applying the steps of "Our Promise" during every visit, as well as achieving sales, renewals, retention, accessories, and insurance objectives to contribute to AT&T’s corporate goals.**Key Responsibilities** --------------------------------- Responsible for proactive and reactive sales activities, attending to and identifying customer needs regarding any AT&T service or product. Generating contract renewals for customers based on their new requirements or needs. Addressing user (customer) requests by identifying their needs and generating necessary incidents for follow-up and resolution. Mastery of service processes such as bill clarifications, suspension/reactivation due to theft, rights transfers/retention, service failures, service activation/cancellation, plan changes, bonuses, replacements, warranties, and deposit refunds.**Education (Minimum and Preferred)** -------------------------------- Minimum Education: Technical Career / Completed High School Preferred Education: Incomplete undergraduate degree in Communication Sciences, Administration, or related field; Bachelor’s degree in Administration or related field. If selected as a candidate but lacking the required education level, you must sign a commitment letter to begin and/or complete the required educational level and additionally participate in the “Challenge: Complete Your Studies” program.**Experience (Minimum and Preferred)** ---------------------------------- Minimum: 1 year of sales experience; 1 year of customer service experience.
