




**Vacancy: Purchaser** Position Objective: Supervise and coordinate the pedagogical, operational, and administrative activities of the childcare facility, ensuring the well-being, safety, and comprehensive development of children, as well as proper staff management and parent relations. Profile Requirements: Academic Background: Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Initial Education, Psychology, Pedagogy, Social Work, or related fields. Desirable: courses or certification in early childhood development, early stimulation, or educational center management. Experience: Minimum 2 years in similar positions within childcare facilities, nurseries, child development centers, or early education institutions. Management of teaching and support staff. Experience in dealing with parents and conflict resolution. Knowledge: Child development (0 to 6 years). Applicable regulations (DIF, SEP, SEDESOL, or local regulations). Development and supervision of activity plans. Safety and hygiene protocols. Skills: Leadership, organization, and teamwork. Empathetic and effective communication. Planning and monitoring.
