REQUIREMENTS: · Education: Civil Engineer or Architect. · Experience: 1 year in similar positions. · Warranty and construction quality management. · Construction processes and site supervision. · Knowledge of construction, urban development, foundations, structural systems, sealing, and post-sealing of housing units. · Proficiency in AutoCAD. · Computer literacy. RESPONSIBILITIES: · Construction processes. · Compliance with construction regulations. · Site supervision: urban development, infrastructure, facilities, and building construction. · Proficiency in Enkontrol, SharePoint, and AutoCAD. · Reporting management and report preparation. WORK SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. WE OFFER: · Monthly gross salary of $12,500.00. · Biweekly payments. · Statutory benefits. · Direct employment contract with the company.
