- Prepares the Technology Transfer Plan and/or Change Control document, budget, initial schedule, and collaborates in setting up the Rovi Phis Project Team for projects assigned within the New Products Department. These may include: Technology Transfer Projects of products in development or commercialization phases, transferred from third parties, to third parties, or between group plants. Also includes projects managing variations of products already being manufactured at the plant. * Coordinates project execution according to established objectives (deliverables, timelines, and budgets) and informs involved parties of critical aspects regarding project progress. * Coordinates all necessary activities for project closure: Handover to routine operations Notifies the end of billable activities. Prepares the final report for project closure (TTP Report) and/or closes the Change Control.
