Location: La Magdalena Contreras, Mexico City. **Job Requirements** * Minimum education required: Bachelor’s degree (Telecommunications Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field) * 3–5 years of experience managing and administering SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) platforms and/or communication systems * Basic knowledge of data handling and design interface management * Knowledge and experience integrating satellite and fiber-optic communication links * General knowledge of LAN/WAN network administration, design, and security * Familiarity with Oasys DNA platform or similar * Knowledge of SQL databases * Proficiency in Excel macros and Visual Basic * Knowledge of Photoshop * Proficiency in Visio and Microsoft Office suite * Knowledge of iDirect software * Knowledge of networks, firewalls, switches, routers, structured cabling, and security policies * **Active Directory knowledge** * Cybersecurity knowledge (CID) * Access and authentication management (MFA) * Network segmentation and industrial firewalls * Risk assessment and incident response * Protection of critical infrastructure (PLCs, SCADA, industrial networks) **Job Knowledge and Responsibilities** * Administration of SCADA users and remote VPN connectivity * Administration of application users and remote VPN connectivity * Supervision and administration of operational technology (OT) network infrastructure, including its interconnection with client- and supplier-facing interfaces * Monitoring network traffic and behavior to identify threats and/or vulnerabilities, enabling preventive and corrective actions * **Supervision and administration of security policies, rules, and routing within the OT network** * Management of two-factor authentication solutions * Proposal and implementation of cybersecurity solutions focused on securing operational technology infrastructure * Supervision of SCADA system sustainment activities **We Offer:** * Competitive base salary * MXN $3,000 in grocery vouchers * Major medical expense insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Funeral insurance * 30 days’ year-end bonus * 12 vacation days * Work schedule: Monday–Friday; Fridays end at 2:00 PM * Complimentary parking * Total Pass discount * Anglo discount Employment type: Full-time, indefinite-term contract Salary: Starting at MXN $30,000.00 per month Benefits: * Gym membership discount * Major medical expense insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Grocery vouchers Workplace: On-site employment
