Job Summary: We are seeking a Sales Executive for a customer service center, with a profile focused on customer service, sales, strong verbal communication skills, and eagerness to learn within our telecommunications team. Key Responsibilities: 1. Assist and advise customers on Movistar products and services. 2. Carry out effective sales and resolve customer inquiries. 3. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of offers and promotions. WORK LOCATION: AV SAN FERNANDO, Calle Ignacio Sandoval 366, Centro, 28000 Colima, Col. At Movistar, we are looking for a SALES EXECUTIVE for a customer service center, with a profile focused on customer service, sales, strong verbal communication skills, and eagerness to learn, to join our telecommunications team. RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist and advise customers on Movistar products and services. Carry out effective sales, meeting established targets. Proactively resolve customer inquiries and issues. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of offers and promotions. REQUIREMENTS: Valid basic documentation. Completed secondary or high school education. (CERTIFICATE) Minimum 1 year of prior experience in sales and customer service. Exceptional communication skills. * Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM; Sunday, 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM, with rotating days off during the week.
