




**Head of Cleaning and Sanitation Operations.** **Position Objective:** Supervise and ensure compliance with workplace sanitation and food safety standards. Perform administrative tasks such as schedule control, attendance tracking, and collaboration with other departments to guarantee good practices among assigned operational staff. **Responsibilities:** Coordinate assigned personnel with expertise in industrial plant cleaning and maintenance. · Supervise and train cleaning staff, supervisors, and operators—including task scheduling and assignment. · Develop and implement sanitation procedures and protocols. · Manage work plans, process manuals, and daily, weekly, and monthly activity schedules. · Conduct quality control checks to ensure work complies with established standards. · Address client complaints related to cleaning services. · Monitor work schedules and attendance. Knowledge and certifications ensuring optimal departmental performance. **REQUIREMENTS:** **Attitudes:** Leadership in driving work execution, teamwork capability, planning skills, and courteous interpersonal conduct. **Experience:** Minimum 5 years’ experience in the food industry managing personnel and sanitation and cleaning processes. Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Technician, or related degree. **BENEFITS:** MXN $20,000–25,000 net per month (depending on experience), MXN $500 monthly food vouchers, monthly variable bonus of MXN $2,000.
