Job Summary: We are seeking a responsible Forwarder Executive to manage maritime, air, and land traffic and cargo logistics while delivering excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive management of international traffic and cargo. 2. Coordination of logistics processes from origin to destination. 3. Customer service and consultation to ensure high-quality service. A well-established logistics company is seeking personnel for the Forwarder Executive position. Requirements: * Must be over 22 years of age * Minimum one year of experience in the field * Responsible and honest * Excellent customer service skills Key Duties: * Customer service and consultation. * Operation of domestic and international maritime, air, and land traffic and cargo. * Entering and updating files in Kardex and the system. * Planning, coordinating, and controlling the entire logistics operational process from origin to destination to ensure timely and proper delivery of goods. * Developing contingency plans when applicable to ensure goods reach their destination under optimal conditions and within the scheduled timeframe. * Receiving and reviewing shipping documentation and opening references. * Creating digital reference folders in Kardex and their subfolders. * Handling oversized, overweight, project-related, and/or less-than-container-load (LCL) cargo. * Managing required documentation for each operation (regulations, routes, roadways, permits, schedules, etc.). * Managing import and export services (air, maritime, land, or multimodal transport); verifying maritime knowledge with shipping lines. * Maintaining communication and contact with operators to provide status updates to customers; scheduling payments to suppliers. * Billing operations in the SIAT system. * Requesting quotations from shipping lines and suppliers to quote our clients, including projected rates and profit margins. * Delivering high-quality service to both internal and external customers, consistently exceeding their expectations. * Using technological tools (SIAT Quotation Tool), which must be updated daily according to cargo status. * Generating weekly or daily reports for customers, as applicable; interacting with various organizational teams to deliver high-quality service to our customers. * Offering the various services provided by the company. * Participating in networking activities and events related to the company and its customers. * Preparing necessary payment requests and forwarding them to accounting. * Reviewing supplier invoices against agreed terms and quotations; verifying that requested payments have been executed. * Requesting tariff classification from the relevant department if required by the client; informing the client of the documents needed for correct classification and/or compliance with RRNA requirements. * Requesting advance deposits from the client based on the type of operation and handling procedures. * Notifying the client of required permits, certificates, and letters supporting the operation per customs legislation. * Providing email feedback to the client upon: document receipt, revalidation, pre-clearance, cargo discrepancies, pro forma customs declaration, cargo modulation, modulation results, inspection results (if applicable), and departure of the transport unit to its destination. * Complying with processes related to physical security, information security, and supply chain security (policies, procedures, manuals, work instructions, forms, etc.).
