Problem solving, personnel management. **Decision Making** Follow-up on reports. **Main Responsibilities** Timely handling of assigned Service Reports by daily reviewing each Service Report, using management tools to provide a satisfactory response to customer requests. Inform about shipments entering Shipment Control by daily reviewing shipment scans, supported by visit and control label information, through the shipment management system CRM\-SOLUCIONA, to evaluate and manage customer service, attention, and support. Provide feedback to operations regarding process deviations. Make timely phone calls to customers regarding shipments entered into Shipment Control, through the daily coordination process of shipments and customer calls, to evaluate and manage customer service, attention, and support. Provide feedback to operations regarding process deviations.
