To support this mission, Syngenta's Sales team is seeking a Technical & Sales Specialist Biologicals in Colima, Colima, Mexico. This role will support driving demand generation within the assigned geographic area (biological products portfolio) by executing sales strategies, providing technical advice to farmers, managing distributors and retailers, and activating marketing initiatives. **Responsibilities** * Identify and contact potential customers for prospecting and demand generation. * Establish and maintain relationships with existing customers, understand their needs, and provide suitable integrated solutions. * Possess in-depth knowledge of the products or services offered to effectively communicate their value to potential customers, especially within the biological products portfolio. * Collaborate with the triad to ensure an integrated solution for customers aligned with their needs and requirements. * Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. * Provide periodic sales reports and forecasts to management. * Offer after-sales support and address customer concerns. * Define regional sales targets and work towards achieving them. * Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during sales activities. **Requirements** **Essential for this position:** * Professional degree in agronomy or related fields.
