Results-oriented with excellent communication skills. **Full Job Description** We are looking for a **Recruiter** who is proactive, results-oriented, and possesses excellent communication skills. The selected candidate will be responsible for attracting, evaluating, and coordinating talent onboarding for corporate and operational positions. We seek an organized, proactive individual capable of managing multiple processes simultaneously while ensuring a positive experience for every candidate and meeting department-established timelines. **Location:** Colima. **Schedule:** * Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. * Saturday: 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. **Main Responsibilities:** * Recruitment and selection of candidates for corporate vacancies. * Scheduling and managing general job postings on social media. * Posting specialized vacancies on job boards. * Coordinating candidate onboarding and documentation. * Providing timely follow-up throughout the entire process. * Scheduling interviews with immediate supervisors. * Preparing biweekly reports. * Recording progress and metrics in databases. **Requirements:** * Minimum of **6 months** of recruitment experience. * Assertive communication skills. * Ability to work under pressure. * Proficiency in social media and job board platforms. **Interested in joining our team?** Apply through this channel and take the next step in your professional growth.
