Coordinate a group of sales representatives ensuring achievement of key performance indicators such as: sales volume, service level, shrinkage, and order control. Provide support and training for new staff to properly use provided tools such as Hand Held devices, vehicles, etc., and promote products to increase sales. Handle requests for additional products beyond their regular order, review and validate product shortages or returns. Receive routes upon arrival, monitor compliance with performance indicators, vehicle cleanliness, check balances, and request settlement slips at the end of each work shift for all routes. Driver's license is essential; ability to operate 3.5-ton vehicles required.
