They will ensure tax compliance, financial transparency, and the generation of reliable information for strategic decision-making. **Education** · Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting, Finance, or related field (degree required). · Preferred specialization or diploma in **Finance and Auditing.** **Required Experience** * More than 8 years of verifiable experience in general accounting and cost accounting within manufacturing or industrial companies. * Experience managing monthly and annual financial closings, bank reconciliations, fixed assets, and depreciation. * Experience with tax filings, external audits, and interaction with tax authorities (SAT, IMSS, INFONAVIT, etc.). * Prior experience with SAE, COI, and SAT Platform is desirable. **Technical Knowledge** * Financial Information Standards (NIF) and knowledge of IFRS. * Tax legislation and obligations regarding Income Tax (ISR), VAT (IVA), withholdings, and informational filings. * Budgetary control, cash flow management, and financial planning. * Reconciliation between accounting and cost accounting. * Advanced Excel and financial reporting tools. **Skills and Competencies** * Leadership and management of accounting teams. * Financial analysis and results orientation. * Professional ethics and confidentiality. * Ability to work under pressure and focus on continuous improvement. **Operational Leader** Ensure proper administrative and operational support in the operation of pharmacies, follow up on maintenance details, image, and basic services of each unit. Also coordinate and supervise non-commercial operational activities. * Support supervisor in area follow-up: maintenance checklist, reports from unit leaders such as emergencies, and validate compliance with the maintenance team.
