COMPANY DEDICATED TO THE COLLECTION OF MUNICIPAL SOLID WASTE (MSW) AND HAZARDOUS WASTE (HW) JOIN OUR TEAM! **WORKSHOP MANAGER (MAINTENANCE)** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Education: Technical Degree, Industrial Engineering, or Operations-related field. * Minimum 3 years of verifiable experience. * Residence near Azcapotzalco area or within a one-hour commute. **COMPETENCIES:** * Knowledge of mechanical systems. * Familiarity with diesel spare parts for heavy machinery. * Proficiency in electronic diagnostic tools. * Knowledge of sheet metal work, boiler-making, and bodywork. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Receiving work orders from coordinators and operations staff. * Assigning work plans to personnel based on the nature of mechanical failures. * Performing diagnostics and reporting required actions to carry out appropriate maintenance. * Inspecting vehicles / vehicle status dashboard. * Requesting spare parts according to vehicle type, engine, hydraulic system, and internal axle number. * Following electronic diagnostic tool analysis protocols. * Evaluating time spent on each assigned repair based on standardized time tables. * Tracking service orders, material requisitions, returns, and supplier deliveries. **WORK SCHEDULE:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. / Flexibility required depending on operational needs. **WORK LOCATION:** Av.
