




1. General Information: * Position: HACCP Leader. * Reports to: Quality Manager. * Department: Quality Department. 2. Position Objectives: Implement the Quality Management System in accordance with the requirements of NOM-251-SSA1-2009, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), NSF, and FDA regulations for dietary supplements, ensuring product safety and integrity across all production lines at Abastecedora de Productos Naturales, S.A. de C.V. 3. Responsibilities: * Design, implement, and ensure execution of the HACCP and FDA plans. * Implement, review, and update requirements included in the HACCP and FDA plans. * Implement, review, and update documentation required to comply with Good Manufacturing Practices / Hygiene standards within the Organization. * Implement, review, and update Prerequisite Programs and Standard Operating Procedures. * Ensure and supervise compliance with NOM-251-SSA1-2009 and FDA regulations. * Implement and ensure adherence to NSF standards for dietary supplements. 4. Requirements: * Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Food Chemistry, Food Engineering, or related field. (Degree holder) * Minimum Work Experience: 3 years in regulatory and quality system implementation roles, including NOM-251, NSF, and FDA; at least 1 year in operational positions. * Skills: * Ability to communicate, ensure, and manage compliance with regulatory quality systems in high-pressure environments. * Proficiency in conducting verification audits. * Operational problem-solving aligned with applicable regulatory requirements. * Translation of technical regulatory terminology into operational language. * Flexibility to adapt to changes while maintaining regulatory compliance. * Knowledge: * HACCP System / HACCP Plan. * NOM-251-SSA1-2009. * Quality Management and Control Systems. * Internal and External Audits. * Regulatory framework for dietary supplements and their pharmaceutical forms. * FDA Good Practices. * National and FDA labeling requirements. * NSF / ANSI-455-1-2024. * NSF / ANSI-455-2-2024. 5. Competencies: Auditor Intermediate (1 year of participation / implementation) Microsoft Office Suite Basic (Microsoft 365) English Intermediate 6. Working Conditions: * Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * Salary: $22,000 gross monthly. * Benefits: Statutory vacation days, 21-day Christmas bonus, quarterly bonus, 10% food vouchers, social security, life insurance. * Administrative duties and on-site supervision and verification activities related to Good Manufacturing Practices per NOM-251, NSF, ANSI, and FDA.
