You will conduct diagnostics, schedule preventive maintenance, and manage necessary repairs according to client requirements. You will prepare budgets, tracking and closure reports, and follow up on collections. **Requirements** * Completed degree in Engineering or Architecture * Minimum 2 years’ experience as Maintenance Manager or Deputy Maintenance Manager for buildings * Knowledge of Opus and/or Neodata systems * Experience in cost and budget management * Team leadership and administrative skills * Ability to plan and prioritize tasks based on client needs * Prior management experience, communication skills, and organizational abilities will be valued.
