We are seeking an organized individual with experience in warehouse control and vehicle fleet management to supervise inventories, coordinate product inbound and outbound logistics, and ensure the proper functioning of assigned vehicles. **Main responsibilities:** * Manage product inventory. * Process warehouse orders and ensure accurate stock fulfillment. * Record product inbound and outbound transactions in established systems. * Archive documentation and maintain up-to-date records. * Conduct periodic physical inventory counts. * Prepare **vehicle compliance reports**. * Maintain unit-level vehicle records (maintenance, mileage, documentation, inspections, etc.). * Perform **physical inspections** of the fleet and identify maintenance needs. **Working hours:** * Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. * Saturday: 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. **Requirements:** * Completed high school diploma or **technical degree in Administration or related field**. * Valid driver’s license for both **manual and automatic transmission vehicles** (mandatory). * Proficiency in **Excel is desirable**. * Strong organizational skills, responsibility, and ability to work toward defined objectives. * Minimum **1 year of experience** in: \-Vehicle fleet administration. \-Inventory control. \-Knowledge of **automotive mechanics is desirable**. Track requested spare parts, equipment, and warranties with the involved departments. Coordinate unit maintenance, ensuring proper service quality provided by external vendors. Perform accurate diagnostics on units and determine required internal and external repairs, authorizing service payments and ensuring these payments are timely, correct, and complete. Act responsibly, honestly, and ethically, reporting any deviations in dealings with suppliers and ensuring that procedures for processing supplier invoices are properly followed. Develop, execute, and comply on time with the preventive maintenance program within the established budget, applicable to assigned units to ensure their proper operation. Coordinate and supervise repair and service operations of units according to established priorities, aiming to control execution times and work quality to maintain fleet availability. Plan required inputs such as spare parts, services, and fuel for maintenance, ensuring efficient and timely supply in accordance with established regulations. In branches with a warehouse manager, collaborate closely to maintain adequate stock levels for the units. Conduct necessary follow-up and visits to branches under responsibility to ensure compliance with the unit maintenance plan and prevent financial or technical deviations in the units. Manage and control the assigned maintenance budget for the vehicle fleet. Evaluate fleet maintenance providers regarding service, cost, and quality to ensure they meet organizational requirements. Maintain constant communication with the branch manager, reporting progress, deviations from the work program, and any abnormal situations to achieve program compliance. Process payments of vehicle fees (tenencias, renewals, inspections, registrations, deregistrations) with the corresponding authorities. Comply with maintenance area norms, guidelines, and procedures to ensure optimal conditions for both employees and vehicles within the Corporation's fleet. Evaluate unit conditions and determine the need for fleet removal. Supervise and ensure that workshop tools and equipment for mechanics are in good condition. Ensure timely submission and data entry into fleet management systems so this information can be used for performance indicator calculations. If required, conduct tests on units, spare parts, or tires to verify they meet operational requirements. Hold periodic meetings with union personnel to report on progress, deviations, and issues concerning the fleet area under responsibility.
