Job Summary: Responsible for supervising, maintaining, and optimizing computer equipment, networks, and systems, providing technical support and coordinating technological improvements for the company. Coordination of IT infrastructure and services Supervise, maintain, and optimize the operation of computer equipment, networks, point-of-sale (POS) systems, and administrative systems. Provide preventive and corrective technical support to operational units and offices. Coordinate the installation, configuration, and updating of software, hardware, and peripherals. Manage data backups, software licenses, and technological inventory control. Monitor the proper functioning of internet connections and inter-branch communications. Ensure data protection and compliance with cybersecurity policies. Respond to technical reports both on-site and remotely. Propose and implement technological improvements that optimize processes and reduce costs. Coordinate with external vendors for specialized services and maintenance. Prepare incident reports, progress updates, and performance reports for the Systems Department. Develop and propose training initiatives for all Carl’s Jr. locations, aimed at continuously improving employees’ capabilities. Evaluate and propose the most suitable hardware and software infrastructure (needs identification) to meet the company’s requirements. Advise the company on the acquisition of equipment, accessories, spare parts, supplies, and other elements related to information technology usage. Provide expert technical opinions on matters related to information and communication technologies to support the company’s continuous improvement. Supervise and execute the launch of new store openings, ensuring all technological processes are in place for optimal startup of each new location.
