Your role will be essential in driving sales growth and guaranteeing an exceptional customer experience. **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise and lead sales teams in the telecommunications area. * Set and monitor compliance with sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs). * Develop and implement action plans to optimize team performance. * Conduct follow-up and evaluation of individual and group performance. * Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in processes and sales strategies. * Provide training and coaching to the team to enhance their skills. * Manage logistics and resources required for field operations. * Ensure proper execution of company policies and procedures. * Foster a positive and collaborative work environment. * Maintain smooth communication with management and other departments. * Availability to travel in the field and visit sales points. * Manage revenue and processes associated with the sale of telecommunications services. **Requirements:** * Minimum of 2 years of experience supervising sales teams, preferably in the telecommunications sector. * Demonstrated leadership ability and excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills. * Strong organizational, planning, and team management capabilities. * Results-oriented and goal-driven work ethic. * Experience in staff training and development. * High tolerance for pressure and ability to work in dynamic and demanding environments. * Availability to travel in the field according to business needs. * Knowledge of the telecommunications market and its trends. * Completed bachelor's degree or technical career (preferable).
