Handles labor disputes and coordinates staff needs with operational departments **Human Resources Coordinator – Colima** We are seeking a Human Resources Coordinator responsible for administering and coordinating recruitment, hiring, and personnel management processes, ensuring compliance with internal policies and efficient departmental operations. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Labor Law, or related field. * 2 to 4 years of experience in Human Resources. * Experience in operational recruitment. * Basic knowledge of labor legislation. * Proficiency in conducting interviews, managing personnel files, and using spreadsheets. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise personnel recruitment and selection. * Administer personnel files, contracts, and staff movements. * Monitor labor incidents and administrative records. * Handle labor disputes and coordinate staff needs with the operational department. * Prepare turnover, hiring, and termination reports. **We Offer:** * Monthly salary of $15,000 to $17,000. * Statutory benefits. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., and Saturday, 9:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. * Work location: Colinas de Santa Bárbara, Colima.
