What are we looking for in you? - Experience preparing preliminary payroll (weekly and bi-weekly). - Managing employee onboarding, offboarding, and salary adjustments in systems. - Solid knowledge of tax laws (ISR), social security (IMSS), Federal Labor Law (LFT), wages and salaries, and Office software suite. - Calculation and tracking of ISN, ISR, IMSS contributions, INFONAVIT, FONACOT, and meal vouchers. - Advanced proficiency in Excel. - Resolving inquiries and providing personalized support to our employees. - Organization and time management during payroll closing periods. - Confidentiality in handling sensitive information. - Analytical ability and problem-solving skills. - Eagerness to learn.
